You often hear that we are one with nature and although it seems like

common sense, all too often we ignore our innate internal signals and instead reply to external ones. We are guided by habits, convenience and social conditioning and create a separation between ourselves and nature. We tend to be unaware of the natural rhythms of our body.

The result:

In the Rejuvenation and Renewal Session:

Ayurveda is a Holistic System that believes we are born in balance of the mind, body and soul. Ayurveda is about bringing you back into balance by looking at how we take in the world through our senses.

According to Ayurveda, good health is dependent upon our capability to fully metabolize the nutritional, emotional, and sensory information that we ingest.

All of my sessions are based on the principles of Ayurveda and I offer them separately to better cater to the needs and areas of focus for each individual person. If you are looking for an introduction or deeper understanding of Ayurveda as a whole, this is the class you are looking for!

The Introduction to Ayurveda lesson:
